Kiran Asher established Al Ansari Trading Enterprise LLC in 1975 as an engineering Merchandise trading Company. Under his leadership, Al Ansari Trading has evolved into a group of 11 companies in various industries such as the regions of Oman, UAE and India.
Kiran Asher arrived in Oman in November 1974 following the completion of his Bachelors of Technology (Hons.) in Industrial Engineering & Management from the UK.
He is actively associated with Indian associations in Oman – Indian Merchants’ community, Indian Social Club, India Economy Forum and Indian Schools in Oman.

Mr. Yusuf Nalwala established Al Ansari’s Contracting Division in 1983 to primarily pursue Civil Construction Activities in Oman. Since its inception, the division has diversified into many verticals such as Civil construction, Electro-mechanical Solutions, Water Treatment works, Infrastructure works, Instrumentation Calibration and Repairs, Building Materials Trading, Rebar Cutting and Bending and Electroplating works. Mr. Yusuf Nalwala was instrumental in establishing Akar Technical Services in 1994, a Landscaping and Irrigation company in UAE and AAPT in 2011, an Electrical Company essentially focusing in distribution and industrial electrical installation, contracting company in India.
Additionally, Mr. Yusuf Nalwala is also the Managing Director of Natural Stone Company, a leading marble/Granite supplier and installation company in Oman.
Mr. Yusuf Nalwala graduated from Saboo Siddik Engineering College in 1971. Prior to joining Al Ansari, Mr. Yusuf Nalwala was a Senior Plumbing Engineer in International Sanitation Co. Muscat and a Site engineer for Nariman Nallaseth Company in India.
Mr. Yusuf Nalwala is an active participant in several educational, social, religious and cultural organizations. He was the President of Indian School Al Ghubra for two years and the Chairman of the Board of Director of all the Indian Schools in Oman from April 2005 to May 2011. He is the Founder of the Yusuf Nalwala Center for Plumbing in Kerala. He is the Chairman of the Human Welfare Trust Oman Chapter spearheading the transformation of village MilakPallupura. He is a member of the Oman Society of Contractors and Secretary for the Educational Department, QardeHasnat and a member of the apex body governing the affairs of the Dawoodi Bohra community in Oman. He has been awarded the title of Shaikh by His Holiness Dr. Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin, head of Bohra community.
Group Director with "Al Ansari Group of Companies", Adnan Nalwala brings more than a decade's experience in operational restructuring, turnaround management and strategic planning. Mr. Nalwalla has played key roles in developing business units in the construction industry in Oman and the UAE.
Prior to joining, Adnan Nalwala worked in a leading consultancy firm as a Senior Consultant. His primary responsibilities were to revamp the management practices, develop long-term strategies and improve the performance of business units.
Mr. Nalwalla has Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on strategy and business analysis, from Boston University.
After completing Graduation in Kerala, India (1987), Mr. Sabu started his career as an Export Manager at Interstar, Delhi India in 1988. He rose through the ranks to the post of manager, where he successfully completed 5 years before he came to UAE in 1993.
In the UAE, Mr. Sabu started his new assignment as sales manager in stones industries, over the years Mr. Sabu built on his experience and reputation in the stones & marble industry by successfully procuring stones & marble from India for re-export to UAE and other GCC countries.
Having gained over 10 years all round experience in the UAE (both in trading and re-export of stones within local constraints) he decided to wear the entrepreneurial hat and established Natural Stones Trading Company.
Mr. Rajaram Subedi is hands-on operational Executive with extensive experience and a proven track record of completing projects of all magnitudes within marble and stone industry.
Mr. Raja established Natural stone UAE in 2004 and demonstrated considerable success in executing all the projects . His strengths include sound project management, sound knowledge and expertise in all kind of stones and marble related work.
Mr. Raja is responsible for the business development, project bidding, risk review and tender finalization, project execution; overseeing contracts and overall operational management of Natural stone UAE.
Johnylal Jose joined Natural Stone Co. LLC in 2011 and he is responsible for managing all aspects of company operations and to ensure that the company stays on target with regard to yearly turnover and profitability.
Prior to joining Natural Stone, Johnylal Jose has worked in Dubai (UAE) for 18 years and 3 years in India in various capacities within the construction industry. The responsibilities handled by him in the past include Regional Sales Manager (Projects) with Alan Dick Middle East, Project Manager (Al Ajmi Engineering Consultancy and Khansaheb Civil Engineering LLC) in Dubai and 3 years with Bhageeratha Engineering Ltd. in India.
Johnylal Jose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) from the Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Mangalore University, India. He is also a Member of Project Management Institute Inc.(PMI) and UAE Society of Engineers. Johnylal Jose is also an approved Resident Engineer by Dubai Municipality for the project supervision of unlimited storey buildings and he is well experienced in FIDIC claims management and project management.
